Sam the Cat needs a home

Sam" was found rummaging through a trash can in The Glen Oaks section of Gloucester Two. on May 1, 2015. He came right up to us and was very friendly. Even at 10 pounds he was bony and he was very dirty with rough calloused paws. There is a scar on his head. We took him to the vet. He is FIV/FELV negative, UTD on shots, and now neutered. Despite calling local vets & shelters, posting flyers and on the lost and found pets pages, no one has claimed him. He's been in foster care since being found and is very sweet. He is a little afraid of dogs, but does well with kids and other cats. A calm dog wouldn't be a problem.
