Adopt a Calico / Domestic Short Hair (short coat)
Mariah the Cat needs a home
Mariah was first brought to our shelter as a kitten on 1-24-13, was adopted, and promptly declawed. She decided not to use the litter box after a while and is back at our shelter. Mariah was born approximately in July 2012. She has gorgeous calico and tabby-colored, short hair. Her eyes are a brilliant green. She loves to lie on the counter to greet visitors and in the middle of the floor to stretch and beg for belly rubs! Mariah gets along well with the other cats; she's not one to throw the first punch. We don't know how she would get along with dogs. She has an amiable personality and is perfectly happy chilling out beside us on the couch. Mariah is spayed, up-to-date on her vaccinations, is declawed, and tested negative for FIV and feline leukemia. If you think Mariah is the best cat for you, come visit our shelter! She'd love to receive attention from you! For more information, please call the Humane Society of Richland - Wilkin Counties at 701-672-1676. Leave a message if there is no answer.
