Adopt a American Bulldog

Are you the one for me? I am a handsome, single guy looking for a lifetime commitment. I have had a rough start to life, and I would love to have a home to call my own. I need someone to cuddle up with late at night and doesn't mind if I steal the covers (which I ALWAYS do). Someone who enjoys short leisure walks and doesn't get jealous when others check out my back end (I got a waddle and unique tail). I'm all about fun and I love to play. I'm super into toys and don't mind a dip in the water once in a while. I also love to sunbathe and run around a fenced-in yard. I am so loyal and will always ask about how your day was and I'll show you how happy I am to see you. I promise to spend the rest of my years making you laugh, because I am a complete goofball. But, I am pretty clingy, and love to be right on your heels because I am just so full of love and I cannot contain it so I need someone that loves a cuddle buddy 24/7.

I am better with older children because I cannot contain my excitement to see my family, I can become too rough for small children. I wouldn’t want to hurt anyone. Due to my past, crates are my least favorite place to be, but I most definitely love having a fenced in yard and should go to a home with one. Dogs? I really am an idependent man and quite stingy. A home without other pups runnning around would suit me the best! I tend to see small animals as a toy, and will chase them so cats, and other small animals are not the best for me. I am currently being fostered, and spoiled rotten of course, in Williamsport, PA.

Can you give me the only Christmas present I have asked Santa for, and give me a home to call my own?

Application Fees, Adoption Donations and Rescue Policy: Please know that 100% of our funds are used for rescuing the dogs. 

Our rescue policy requires the following: 

• Adopters must have their primary residence in one of the following states: Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, and parts of North Carolina. 


• Applications for giant breed dogs must be submitted by the property owner. 


• Homes with children under 6 years of age will not be approved for adoption. 


• Homes with children should have a fenced yard. 


• Pets currently in the applicant's home must have a history of appropriate veterinary care. Veterinary records will be checked. 


• All references must be checked before any visitation of the dog is permitted at the foster home. 


• All family members must be present during the home visit to the applicant's home. 


• Any dog(s) in the applicant's home must have an introductory meeting with the rescue dog being considered, before any adoption can be completed.
