You'll be pleased to meet Hobbit because he'll make you smile on your worst day!  He's naturally goofy and happy.  I don't know if it's been scientifically or behaviorally proven that dogs can have a sense of humor, but he has one.  He's excellent on a leash and loves long walks.  He does a nice job of fetching and bringing back a ball.  As upbeat and energetic as he is, it doesn't take much for him to wind down and relax.  We hope he finds his way to someone who'd frequently engage with his sunny disposition and they can bounce bright ideas back and forth as he is a smart one.
