Today must be your lucky day! Not only are you about to adopt one amazing cat, but you actually get to take home two of us. Here we are- I?m Lucy and this is Ethel, my best friend. We are sweet and easy going little ladies on the lookout for our together-forever home. We have been together always and have quite the story to tell! We actually had a home for 18 and 19 years, but then our people got a dog and we couldn''t stay there anymore. Listen, we know it sounds terribly sad, but we are currently spending our days napping on cozy beds in our new foster home. And we?d love to bring our double the love and cuddling to our forever home with you! Just think- that would be the greatest holiday gift we could ever receive.
~Our adoption fee is $45.00.~
Cats? Unknown, except for Ethel. Dogs? No, thank you! Children? Unknown.
How did we get here? Surrendered to the Wake County shelter because our owner couldn''t keep us anymore.

Many adoptions will take approximately 1 hour or more.

Adoption requirements and tips
to speed up the adoption process:

Please be able to provide a valid photo I.D. with your current address (If your I.D. does not reflect your current address, bring a piece of mail with your name and address on it)

Be able to prove that you are allowed to have a pet where you live (proof of home ownership or a copy of your rental lease including the specific pet policy)

Bring along all members of your household, including dogs for an introduction to a new dog. However, we do recommend meeting with an adoption counselor before involving children in the pet selection process. To avoid longer wait times, we strongly recommended that dog-to-dog meetings take place after 1:00pm.

Participate in adoption counseling process to learn adoption guidelines and adoption options.
