My name is Lucas and I'm proof that even after being abused, dogs can still love people. I'm house trained and can spend time in my crate without making noise, but I'd rather curl up beside you on the couch. My most favorite thing is belly rubs! I love everybody I meet. Sometimes I like other dogs I meet, and sometimes I don't. I love kids as they are the best to snuggle with! I haven't met a cat, but based on my prey drive, I probably should not be in a house with kitties. The forever home I would be best suited for is a house where I am the only dog. I would really love it if there were kids for me to snuggle with too, but I like humans of all ages. I will lean in to be pet and be your best buddy. I tend to pull a little when walking on a leash mostly because I love to sniff everything I can and am excited to meet people. I'm also super smart! I know sit, down and I'm a really really good shaker too. I know my forever family is out there somewhere and I can't wait to meet you!
Lucas's adoption fee includes: rabies vaccination, DHPP vaccination, Bordetella vaccination, de-wormer, 4DX heartworm/tick disease test, neuter, flea and tick preventive,(seasonal) heartworm preventive (seasonal) pre-paid micro-chip, and a full veterinary exam. Adoption fee:$275.00
