Mikey is an active 11-year-old who came into rescue when his owner went into assisted living. Mikey gets along well with his foster sister, an 11-year-old Lab. They have been left alone in the house for several hours and there have been no accidents and no chewed or destroyed items. Mikey has received good behavior reports from doggie daycare. He can be transported by the NBRAN volunteer railroad up to 1400 miles to an approved adopter.
Once the application has been completed if deemed a good fit, your state coordinator will contact you. A phone interview, home visit, and vet check will be required as part of the approval process.
