As we are a 100%-volunteer organization, Santos currently lives in a foster home. This is what the foster family has to say: 

Hey all! Santos here! Foster ma says we should all get to know each other a little better, so....I'll go first! I'm somewhere around 3 years old, is what the doctor has told me. I'm a husky boy of about 80 lbs, but I think I carry it pretty well. I'm aware that I could stand to drop a pound or two, but I'm comfortable in my skin, so I'm not too worried.

I love going on car rides, especially when I'm going to one of the cool places that has a lot of people and even more FOOD! I don't ask the humans for food though, I just like to sit or lay on your feet and watch the world go by. I know that the best way to get myself paid is to mind my manners and be polite, so that's what I do!

I'm comfortable with people of all ages, shapes, and sizes, as long as they're willing to stop and give me a little love. It's ok if they don't, but I'd much rather say hello! I think I'm alright with most dogs, as long as we're introduced properly. Cats, well, the humans all say that I'm not allowed to be around cats. I don't quite understand why...maybe it's because I REALLY like them!? Either way, cats are apparently a "no go" for me.
