Adopt a Australian Shepherd (long coat)

Australian Shepherd (long coat) Dog

Bandy *Adoption Pending* the Dog needs a home

Bandy is new to Four Paws.  He is about 1-2 years old (Jan. 2018).  He is now in a wonderful foster home.  This is what his foster family has to say about him:

"Here are some pictures and a few observations about the little guy we're fostering.  We started calling him Bandy, which he's responding to well.
He's small for an Aussie (about 30 pounds). He has a LOT of energy and is very alert. Right now he's pretty skinny.  He's very wiggly and enthusiastic, but calms down well in a kennel. He behaves well in a fenced yard, and comes when called.  He's good around other dogs: wary at first with small warning growls, but not aggressive and always happy to wrestle or cuddle. He needs practice with a leash.  Walking him is like flying a kite in a hurricane, but he is very smart about untangling himself, which is more than you can say for a kite. Neutered (1/31/18)."

Bandy is looking for a forever family to call his own. His adoption fee is $150 which includes neuter surgery and vaccinations (parvo/distemper and rabies.) If you would like to meet this dog, please email us: [email protected] or leave a message @ 435/752-3534. Please be patient with us getting back to you as we are all volunteers with full-time jobs. Thanks for your interest in this wonderful dog!!
