Mildred is so done with the shelter life. At around 7 years old, she has better things to do that sit in a kennel in a strange and scary place. Because Mildred is so scared at the shelter, she has been passed up time and time again by potential adopters. She''s not mean, but she does hide in her kennel, not one to approach a stranger. Our amazing volunteers have been working with her and her sister, Phyllis, tirelessly and they''ve seen such huge improvements! She loves to be pet, though she is still too shy to ask for attention.
