OH MY DAWG!! Our euthanasia listed older gal is doing FABULOUS!! Once on death row at the OC Shelter, with no one stepping up to help her, she is now looking good and ready for a foster or forever home!! Nova is a volunteer and vet staff favorite! They adore her easy going personality and how great she is with everyone she meets! She is ready to get the heck out of there and into a home.
Nova is healthy, house trained, good with other dogs, active
for her age and knows her basic commands. She can pull a little on the leash, but we think that is part of her wanting to just get out as she gets better as the walk goes on. Nova is a doll and would make a great companion!
In the Beginning: Nova was another overlooked black dog at the Orange Co Shelter...euthanasia listed for medical reasons not one rescue showed any interest in her! When one of our volunteers spent time with us and said we have to save this sweet older gal we listened and now she is safe at our vet getting the medical attention she desperately needs! Nova needs surgery to remove a large mammary mass and have her entropion fi
