Toshiko the Dog needs a home
Toshi is a super sweet Japanese Chin/Chihuahua Mix (Chin-Wa). She is about 2 years old, housebroken, mellow and a love. She enjoys walks, gets along with other dogs but is not interested in playing - she basically ignores them. She prefers to be on her human's lap or by their side..Would do well with someone who is home most of the time, no kids. She is ok with them but would prefer a quieter home. Her adoption fee is $250 and includes all medical.

YOU MUST HAVE A SECURE, FENCED YARD TO ADOPT ONE OF OUR DOGS. PARTIAL FENCING IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. Please see menu under "adoption info" for an explanation.
As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY. NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING.
