Betsy is a 2-3 year old shepherd mix, and although she was abandoned through no fault of her own, she's a happy, cheerful girl who loves to give everyone kisses!  She's happy for any attention she gets, and is hoping that someone will see fit to give her a loving home of her own .   Betsy does great around other dogs!  

At around 2-3 years old, Betsy will still need lots of exercise to stay happy and healthy.  She loves to run, play and roll around in the grass!  And like all dogs we adopt out, she'll need to go to obedience classes to build a strong bond with her people, and help her become a well behaved companion or family member.  

Like most young dogs, Betsy may need a refresher on her house training when she gets to a new home.  She will also need to go to obedience school so she can continue to be a well-socialized dog!
