Armina the Dog needs a home
OUT OF STATE ADOPTIONS: We do allow out-of-state adoptions for dogs, however, the adopter MUST come to Houston to get the dog and take the dog home with them. We do not allow our dogs to be shipped. Also, our puppies can only be adopted to the immediate Houston vicinity as it takes 4 months to get them completely vetted at our vet here in Houston. We will not allow our dogs/puppies to be adopted out of the area without being spayed/neutered. We spay/neuter puppies at 4 months old.
Hi, everybody; I'm Armina! I took care of my seven babies the best I could before we all were saved by K-9 Angels, and now I'm so ready to be somebody else's baby! My foster mom says I'd be the perfect companion; I have all the best qualities: good looks, good personality, I'm funny, affectionate, athletic, and have good manners! I love curling up on the couch and napping right next to my foster mom; sometimes I forget that I'm not a lap dog. But don't get it twisted, I'm not lazy at all! I love nothing better than a long walk or jog. Whenever I see my foster mom pick up my leash and put on her shoes, I get so so excited! I wiggle like crazy and run around and act so happy! I would be really happy to live with a family who has a backyard where I can run around, or to be with someone who loves running and excercise!
I have good indoor manners, too. I never have any accidents, I don't chew up or destroy anything (except for my squeaky toys; those are the best.) I'm not too noisy, I only bark when someone's at the door to let you know and keep you safe! I sleep silently through the night in the living room. I do cry a little when people leave me, though... I don't like that too much. I get along well with smaller dogs after a good introduction and love to play!
I am so sweet and full of love, so I get attached very quickly and it doesn't take too much to make me a happy girl. Please come see me and give me a chance to be your new best friend!
Armina is a Female Shepherd Mix that we estimate to be born around 7/1/2016 and weighs 35 lbs.
PUPPIES: Young puppies that have not had their second round of puppy shots will not be at the Adoption Center for our weekend adoption events. If you are interested in adopting a puppy, please fill out an application on our website http://www.k-9angelsrescue.org
SPAY/NEUTER: As we believe proper healthcare of one’s pet is a requirement of good ownership K-9 Angels Rescue only adopts out dogs that have been fully vetted. If the dog being adopted is not already altered at the time of their adoption, the dog will be altered within 2 weeks of adoption at our vet at our cost, with the exception of puppies which will be altered as soon as the puppy is ready.
NOTE: All dogs are officially the property of K-9 Angels Rescue until they are altered by our veterinarian.
