Stitch the Dog needs a home
Stitch loves it when he gets a chance to go for sleepovers, especially if he gets to snuggle on the couch with a new human friends. And even better, if he can snuggle in bed. And if he can play with new doggie friends, this gentle boy is even happier. On a recent sleepover, he and his new doggie playmate played for hours each day with epic games of chase in the yard and wrestling in the house. Then they happily snuggled together on the couch and in bed. Once he's comfortable with a new human friend, he's very affectionate without being pushy. He loves pets, butt scratches and belly rubs. And he likes to lay quietly on the floor, rolling over when his person walks by in hopes of getting that belly rub. He looks like a teddy bear, and he fastidiously grooms himself like a cat. This very well-behaved boy obeys the 'sit' and 'shake' commands and is working on 'down,' 'place' and 'crate.' He's house-trained, letting you know when he wants to go outside. In the shelter, Stitch enjoys playing with his dog buddies in play group and would like a dog housemate in his new forever home. And this adorable boy, with his sweet smile, will adore his new human companions, too.
