Georgie has a tumor on her heart. Her life expectancy is maybe 6mth to a year at best. She is currently living in boarding and we would LOVE TO SEE HER IN A HAPPY LOVING FOREVER HOME to live out her life.

We cover all vetting costs!! We provide you with food and any other needs for her care!!

1.) Complete an application at http://www.luckyk9.org/adoption-application this does not commit you to adopting, it is just the FIRST part of our process

2.) We will review application, contact references (current/former vet(s), landlord/home owners associations) INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE RESPONDED TO....

3.) If references check out and current/previous pets have been vetted & cared for, we will contact you to schedule a meet/greet.

4.) If the meet/greet goes well, we will schedule a home visit and bring the dog you are interested in to your home to finalize the adoption.
