Ivan the Dog needs a home

The Helotes Humane Society is a non profit organization dedicated to placing unwanted animals in loving homes. Remember, don't shop, adopt!

Ivan is a 3 year old Chihuahua mix, weighs 10 lbs. High energy dog. Loves walks. He has a really really curly tail! Ivan gets along well with some dogs. He is ok with most cats once he gets to know them. 


He enjoys hanging out with his family and really loves toys and a nice soft bed. He is affectionate and sort of a homebody.

All of our animals receive vaccinations, testing and altering appropriate for their age. All pets will be microchipped prior to placement. The pet overpopulation problem has reached a crisis stage. We will use all of our resources to spay and neuter all pets in our care.
