Adopt a Rottweiler / Shepherd / Mixed (short coat)

Once upawn a time you saw a dog named named Maxx and you adopted him. The end. Wasn’t that a good bed time story? I think it was, you can tell it to me every night when you tuck me into my……..errrr our (wink) bed.  At least I hope you are the type to let dogs sleep in the bed, it is free warmth if you don’t count all the moolah you will spend on me at the pet store.  At the city shelter they were calling me Handsome, not Maxx.  I am still handsome as Maxx though, wouldn’t you agree? My sculpted black and rust colored muzzle is what tempted the rescue lady to stop and save me from an eeeeek fate at the pound. She saw that I was good with other dogs and the rugged Shepherdish or Rottie mix good looks didn’t hurt me either.  I am a wee bit shy at first and maintain an air of mystery around me, but once you get to know me, I am a regular old fool of a lug ready to entertain you with all the normal canine antics. I am gentle for weighing a svelte 55 pounds, I’m estimated at one year old, so be aware that I might still gain a bit in muscle with all the games of fetch you are gonna want to play with me. GOD'S DOGS Rescue, in San Antonio TX, does not have a shelter - ALL of our dogs are raised in foster homes in the San Antonio area. UPON adoption this dog/pup will be transported to you in YOUR area!!

Each dog comes spayed or neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations that are appropriate for their age, micro-chipped, heart worm tested and on current on monthly flea/tick and heart worm preventative. Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption.

****Please realize that breed mix and size when grown are guesstimates based on the dog/pup's characteristics and coloring, unless we have mother/father in our rescue...*****

ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE OF $200.00 for adoptions in TEXAS only. IF THIS IS AN OUT OF STATE ADOPTION, TRANSPORT TO YOU is included in the adoption fee of $400.00 for adult dogs and $450.00 for puppies.  We transport all over the country!!
