Hi friends, my name is Penny. I am a 10 month old female orange tabby. I am a little shy but I can't wait to meet the family who comes to love me and take me to stay with my forever family. I am ready to look my new person in the face and know I will be taken care of.

Our adoption fees are:

Dogs: $155

Cats: $95

Puppies under 4 months: $115 plus S/N Deposit: $100

Kittens under 4 months: $70 plus S/N Deposit: $100



All pets available for adoption have been spayed or neutered (unless under 4 months please read about our adoptions
here
), are current on vaccinations and preventatives, and micro-chipped. Cats have been tested and confirmed negative for Feline AIDS and Leukemia. Dogs have been tested for heartworm disease.



Our shelter is located at 42 Deep River Rd in Sanford and is open Tues, Thurs,  & Fri from 3pm - 7pm & Sat from 10-2pm (other times available by appointment). CARA's adoption process and online application can be found at
