Munchies is a darling girl with lively brown eyes and a black and white coat resembling a delicious mocha cream treat! She is a sweet girl with a heartwarming smile. She loves belly rubs and enjoys the water hose. As a short-nose American Staffordshire Terrier, she tends to get very hot easily so it's important that she gets water while on her walks and gets cooled down with a water bath afterwards. Despite being a senior girl she is very active and you would never guess her age looking at her playful posture and personality! She just loves to love her people! Munchies enjoys hanging out with her human friends and playing with squeaky toys; especially those with stuffing in them! Munchies had recently sleepover at volunteer’s house who reported that she was a perfect guest! She was calm and low maintenance while indoor, lounging with household members, getting some cuddle time and she loved morning and evening walks. This lovely girl came to the shelter when she was surrendered by her previous owners because they moved to a place where dogs are not allowed. Despite losing her home at 10 years of age, Munchies hopes to find her forever home with a loving family who she can share her golden years with.



Munchies is 11 years old, 66 lb. She is available for adoption at San Gabriel Valley Humane Society, her adoption fee is $130-145 which includes spay, full vaccination and microchip.
