Wembley the Dog needs a home
If you ask any volunteer to recommend a young, friendly, playful, goofy, and happy-go-lucky little love bug, Wembley would definitely be at the top of our list! Just look at that sweet face. It is hard to not fall head over heels for Wembley as soon as she rolls over for a belly rub (which she does quite often). On any given day, you will likely see Wembley lounging around, playing with other dogs in her play group, or hamming it up to a volunteer in her vicinity. Did we mention that Wembley is also a great hiking buddy? She has frequented a few hikes with K9rs and she is a crowd favorite. Don’t underestimate her little legs and rotund 30-pound figure - Wembley can keep up with the best of them on the toughest hiking trails in San Diego! She has a short brindle and white coat that will be very low maintenance in the grooming department. Wembley was rescued from a kill shelter in Riverside County as a puppy along with her siblings. She has been patiently awaiting her forever people to come along, and she just turned 1 year old at the end of August. Wembley would make a great addition to any lucky family!
