Shelley Goodman the Dog needs a home
Saved in honor of Mel Brundage.
The dogs and 2 cats in this transport were saved in memory and honor of Mel Brundage (1935-2017). Our grandfather whom loved all animals, especially dogs. The Goodman Family
Shelley Goodman was born about September 18, 2017 and will likely weigh in the 50 lb. range give or take. Please understand that we are truly guessing at the breed and ultimate size of these gorgeous pups. If you don't like surprises they may not be for you. The "S" Goodman pups are going to need a home that is willing to work with them on socialization that we don't feel they've had until now. These pups had to have come from some really horrid situation and our hearts ache for the mother and other dogs that are still in that home. These puppies came into the high kill pound with lice. They were treated before coming to us and are doing really well - problem solved. Dog lice is different than human lice, much easier to treat, but of course we don't use Frontline on our kids.... UPDATE FROM FOSTER MOM: Shelley is one of the smartest puppies I have ever fostered. She is so well mannered, so sweet, just a well behaved, wonderful little lady! She is 95% house broken. She sleeps through the night. She is a good eater, and takes treats nicely. She is a bit shy initially, but once she knows you she will adore you. It will be important to continue to get her out in social situations to build her confidence. I would classify her as shy, but not at all aggressive or fearful. She is just a beautiful, smart, lovely girl. She is good with cats as well as other dogs and should go to a home with another social dog. Should you choose her as your newest family member, you will not regret it!
The Adoption Fee for this dog is $375.00.
