Pepi was found abandoned in a box.   He was so scared and didn’t want anybody to touch him.   Once we got Pepi to a foster home, he quickly became their best buddy.   He is a tiny guy loaded with big personality.   He gets so excited when his foster parents get home from work that he can hardly contain himself.   He loves to give kisses and especially loves to get treats!    

Pepi is OK with cats and does great with other dogs.   He can often be found curled up in a dog bed with another foster dog.   He loves to snuggle under a blanket; however, he can get a little cranky if one of the other dogs bothers him while sleeping under the blanket.  

Keep in mind, Pepi does not make a good first impression with new people.  He will bark and may even growl like he thinks he is a bear when in reality he is a little teddy bear who desperately wants to be loved.   Pepi is easily misunderstood so he needs a patient mom or dad willing to give him the chance he deserves.  He would not do well with small children.      If you are looking for a little Chihuahua loaded with love to give, Pepi is your guy!

ADOPTION DONATION: $250

This adoption donation helps to cover the vet expenses for this puppy including heartworm preventive which is dispensed at the initial vet visit and then goes with the dog at adoption. All vet records will be provided to adopter.
