Sue the Dog needs a home

Sue is a Pit Bull Terrier mix.  She is a medium-sized, 6 year old.  Sue was an owner surrender to Amarillo Animal Management & Welfare.  We don't know the reason for the surrender, however, we rescued Sue and she is now at our shelter at 11901 S. Coulter.  Amarillo SPCA can be reached at 806-622-0555, if interested in Sue.  Sue is a sweet dog, who came to us a bit frightened; our volunteers are working with her.  She weighs 51 pounds and has a pretty chocolate and white coat.  Sue seems to get along with other dogs; small or large. Having no history, we don't know about house training; instruction may be needed. A visit to meet Sue, and a completed prescreen would be necessary if wanting to adopt this sweet girl.
