Arrrrf uagghhhh, that ruffly translates to…I was in really bad shape when I was a stray in Laredo, Texas.  It is a hot place to be a stray dog, it is like someone turnt the heater up all year long. I have been at the rescue camp working towards getting my gold star in socialablity and healthyablity and finally I get to be posted for adoption.  You might be wondering how I got my cool name of Mitten. Well, take a good look at my photo.  Notice the one white paw, I mean I guess they could have named me Sock, but Mitten is much cuter, like my personality. I am Lab mixed with something that gifted me with a white mitten and white badge on my chest. I am a pretty gal and now that I am healthy I have plenty of energy to do family adventures. My size and age is in the sweet spot for people who like a youthful medium to large dog at 2-3 years and 45-50 pounds depending on the amount of treats I get.  Which will be a lot for being such the good girl. GOD'S DOGS Rescue, in San Antonio TX, does not have a shelter - ALL of our dogs are raised in foster homes in the San Antonio area. UPON adoption this dog/pup will be transported to you in YOUR area!!

Each dog comes spayed or neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations that are appropriate for their age, micro-chipped, heart worm tested and on current on monthly flea/tick and heart worm preventative. Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption.

****Please realize that breed mix and size when grown are guesstimates based on the dog/pup's characteristics and coloring, unless we have mother/father in our rescue...*****

ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE OF $200.00 for adoptions in TEXAS only. IF THIS IS AN OUT OF STATE ADOPTION, TRANSPORT TO YOU is included in the adoption fee of $400.00 for adult dogs and $450.00 for puppies.  We transport all over the country!!
