LITTLE RED the Dog needs a home
This precious girl is named Little Red and she is a lab/ pit mix that is just 2-3 years old and 42 pounds. You hear the word precious a lot when dogs are described but Little Red truly has earned this description because there is nothing but sweetness and kindness and love that comes from her heart and spirit. This dog is the definition of what a great dog is all about. She who loves her foster family and especially the little boy who hangs on her neck and hugs her tight whenever he can. She is a sweetheart of a dog that came within a day of being put down at the little rural Tennessee shelter she was in. Little Red is one sweet bundle of love that wants to be with you all the time, whether you’re watching TV, sleeping, or out having fun. “Red” is very affectionate and very eager to please. She adores her resident foster dog, her little human foster boy, and is quite interested in befriending the cat. Red has a lot of energy and great potential to become a very well trained and impressive dog if someone will take the time to work with her in a training setting. She would love to go on runs with you, play games, and get to know your friends. If Little Red could say one thing, it would be, “Oh my goodness, I love you so much and I want to be your very best friend!” She is housebroken, crate trained and needs a fenced yard. She will be a devoted companion to any family that brings her home.
