Penny is a gray dilute Tortie teenager, her fur is very thick and soft.  She is shy but purrs as soon as you stroke her. She is currently being fostered with sister Jenny, they were  found hanging out in a cul de sac in Westminster with their mom and two other siblings.   Penny loves to be played with and cuddle, she purrs loudly. Penny has been spayed, neutered, vaccinated and micro chipped.
