Meet Chunk! Chunk is a special boy who bonds very strongly to one person, preferably a female. He loves his foster mom and smothers her with hugs and kisses whenever he sees her. He''s a fun dog too - he plays frisbee (and politely hands it back to you to throw again), fetch, and loves to kick around a soccer ball. He walks nicely on leash, and will lead you to where the leashes hang when he wants to go for a walk. He loves other dogs, is very respectful and plays nicely with them. He is crate trained, rides nicely in a car and is so so smart! Chunk would do best in a quiet home with an experienced cattle dog owner. He should not live with children, and should be crated when new people come over to the house. He would benefit from living with a social, confident dog, but would also be ok as a single dog. Chunk has a huge heart and would walk through fire for his foster mama, but still finds other people to be a bit scary. He would benefit from an owner who is willing to `date` him and meet him a few times prior to adoption.
