Adopt a American Staffordshire Terrier (short coat)
Leah the Dog needs a home
B: December 2002 || BREED/COLORING: American Staffordshire Terrier; red. || SIZE: Leah weighs about 47lbs and is full grown. || HISTORY: Leah was pulled from a high kill shelter. The shelter staff told us she had been impounded several times, and they could not let her go back to her original owners because of this. || PERSONALITY: Leah is a loving girl with a good amount of energy. She is very sweet and loves attention. || TRAINING: Leah knows basic commands such as sit, lie down and paw. She is very strong willed on leash and needs some work with it. We believe she is housebroken. || WOULD DO BEST: Leah would do best in a home with secure fencing and a yard for her to run and play in. || CATS/DOGS/KIDS: Leah is said to be good with dogs according to the shelter she was pulled from. She is not recommended for cats because she does like to play chase with them. Leah is amazingly sweet and would do well with children. || VET RECORD :All of our dogs are currently vaccinated, spayed/neutered and microchipped prior to adoption. || AVAILABILITY: This dog is available for adoption now and is being fostered or kenneled in the San Fernando Valley area. Please email us and we will send you an adoption application. Local adoptions only. || Visit our website: http://www.foreverhomepetrescue.org/ || Visit us on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/foreverhome || Make a donation to help us continue to save lives: http://www.foreverhomepetrescue.org/donate.html
