Adopt a Tortoiseshell (short coat)

Tortoiseshell (short coat) Cat

Pixel the Pretty Tortie Sweetie the Cat needs a home

The feral cat colony in Gerritsen Beach where we found Pixel was absolutely not the right place for such a lovely, friendly, young cat like her! And, sure enough, when we brought Pixel to the vet, we discovered she had already been spayed, which means she must have been abandoned by previous owners.

While Pixel was terrified being outside and surrounded by other cats, as soon as she was brought to a foster home without other felines, she immediately showed off her incredible personality. This little girl is a HUGE sweetheart! She runs to greet her foster moms whenever they return home and purrs loudly as long as they’re near. And she’s a professional at chasing and catching tricky toy mice, which are her favorite to play with.

Pixel is spayed, FeLV/FIV negative, and up to date on vaccines. If you’d like to meet this sweet, petite tortie, contact Tara at [email protected]

Thank you for thinking of animals in need - your support allows us to help the next furry sweetheart!
