Nona the Dog needs a home

Nona has had quite the life. She ran free in a neighborhood on her own, had a litter of pups who were saved on New Years Day and a few months later she was finally caught and fixed and taken to a foster home. After a few days she escaped. A few days later she rethought her position in life and went back to the fosters front door and barked to go back inside. She's been there since. We figure after being back on the streets a few days she decided inside living with food, water and love was much better. Since, Nona has really adapted to the family living. She is house trained, loves to play with her toys and the other dogs, loves belly rubs and even nudges for attention. When going for walks, she stays with her foster siblings but she will not allow a leash to be put on - it simply scares her too much. So she will either need a lot of patience in training or she needs a secured home and back yard big enough to get some exercise. Nona deserves a chance to have a permanent home and a great life like all dogs do. Will it be with you?
