Axel aka... Handsome! If you like big mutts, or even if you don't, this boy is hard to take your eyes off of. Axel is approx. 4 years old, LOVES belly rubs and romping around playing fetch & chase.
Axel can be a little shy of strangers at first meeting but once he gets to know you, he's a big giant love bug! He is selective about his canine friends, he's probably not going to be a dog park/beach kind of dog and would do best in a home with no other dogs. He is fine with respectful children.
REQUIREMENTS & PROCEDURES
Mutt Match L.A. does not adopt out of state nor do we adopt on a first come first serve basis but rather to the home that is best suited for each particular dog and breed. All breed. An application, home check, contract and adoption fee are required for all adoptions. All dogs will be, or required to be, spayed/neutered, current on vaccinations and microchipped before adoption.
Adoption fees are $350 for puppies 8 weeks – 4 years, $300 5 – 8 years and $250 for dogs over 8 years. Adoption fee covers spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchip a wellness check, any additional medical expenses necessary and of course the all the love and daily care we take with each dog before they are adopted.
We believe a well behaved dog is a happy dog and companion. Therefore, we require at least one session with one of our recommended behaviorists for a reduced fee.
