Adopt a Domestic Short Hair (medium coat)

Domestic Short Hair (medium coat) Cat

Ally the Cat needs a home

HISTORY: ALLY was surrendered to another rescue organization because of behavioral issues.  She had not received any vet care for many years, except for vaccines and was facing euthanasia.
TEMPERAMENT:  Indeed, ALLY can be a little temperamental, but we believe this is a result of an untreated thyroid condition.  On 1/19/18, she underwent I-131 treatment by Dr. Dawn Nolan at VCA in Albuquerque and her T4 immediately dropped 10 points and over time should continue to drop into the normal range. According to the senior blood panel results on 1/10/18, ALLY is in excellent health.
AGE: born approx. 2005
MICROCHIP #: pending
DATE OF STERILIZATION: unknown
VAX RECORD:  FVRCP expires: 4/6/18; Rabies expires: 5/4/20

FELV/FIV test: 1/10/18, neg/neg

NOTE: We are currently seeking donations to help with the costs associated with the I-131 treatment and related tests.
