Topeka has all the good qualities that a Lab has - good-natured, obedient (with proper training), and wanting to please.  He is patiently awaiting to go to his forever home and receive the love he deserves.  As a 'Senior' he has learned his manners - he won't chew your shoes or hat - but still has plenty of spunk left.
