TESS the Dog needs a home

Sweet little Tess has never known love and good medical care until she came to us at RPC.  With her overgrown, matted and dirty fur, we couldn't really tell what was going on with her until she was completely shaved!  This poor girl could not even poop with ease because her little tushy was one big mat of fur and feces!!!  Her nails were terribly overgrown and curled under her pads, so painful for her little feet!  Her skin was infected, oozing and smelly from the neglect that she suffered.  Tess has several good sized skin tags on her face and body and she is also deaf but she sticks close by to her person.  We have clipped her, bathed her and treated her infections and what is left is a lovely, little cocker spaniel who just wants to be loved and cared for! As soon as we walk into her room, she perks right up waiting to see who has come in to see her!  Do you have room in your heart and in your home for this very special girl?  She is sure to make someone very happy.
