Sedona the Horse needs a home
Sedona is one of our wonderful horses that was rescued from the Havasupai Falls back in March 2017. She stands 15.3 hands tall so she is a bigger girl but as sweet as can be. Sedona was used as a trail horse as most horses up there are, so she has been through it all, nothing phases her or spooks her, just a good solid horse. We think Sedona suffered from some sort of injury to her hip or stifle, which has left her with a little bit of a hitch in her step under saddle at more than a walk. Sedona would be best suited for light trails, preferably with a light rider because of her previous injury. Sedona picks up all four feet, bathes and stands like a dream, she is such a good mare. She is a mild cribber but this is controlled with cribbing collar, however, she only cribs when stalled. Being turned out she would crib much less and be happier overall. This girl's diet consists of Bermuda and alfalfa pellets and she is an easy keeper on both of these! If interested in Sedona, please call or text Amanda at 480-415-4774 or email [email protected].
