PENELOPE is a petite sweetie, a recent mother who was only about 7 months old at the time she had her premature litter.   They were all rescued when found and were terribly underfed.  Some of her kittens soon passed away.   Since being under the care of Forgotten Felines, however, Penelope has adored being loved on and will stop at nothing to get your cuddles.  She needs a little bit of time to feel safe when she initially meets you and other cats, but she is soon good with all!  We are unsure how she would be around dogs.
