Shannon the Dog needs a home

Shannon is a 2.8 year old female cattle dog mix. Rescue Dogs Rock NYC stepped up to help her when she really needed someone. Shannon was emaciated and had suffered through abuse and neglect. Shannon does have a droopy bottom lip but it does not affect the way she eats or drinks. She is great with people of all ages. It would be best if Shannon were the queen of her castle as an only dog. Shannon loves people and gets along with cats.  Her foster mom says: Shannon is a gentle, sweet girl. She loves walks and does well on a leash. Shannon is great with the children she lives with, ages 12 & 15". She is up to date on shots and will be spayed prior to placement in her forever home.
