Molly (Courtesy) the Dog needs a home

Meet Molly, a 6-year-old Australian Shepherd mix who loves two things: going for rides in the car and running. If she happens to run a bit too far, just open the car door and toot the horn. She will be happily sitting in the backseat before you can turn around!
Molly has a sweet personality, is loyal to her humans, and is highly energetic. She can become anxious in the presence of loud noises (thunder, fireworks, etc.) and even signals when bad weather is imminent. She is easily calmed in her crate though and also likes being on her “place.”
Molly will always alert you if someone is approaching the door or if a squirrel is outside the window. She is leash-trained, though she likes to lead. She responds to a few commands including “off,” “leave it” and “sit.” Like most herding breeds, she is prone to nipping at her flock, though she is gentle with her humans. She can get a bit more aggressive if her food is involved.
Molly is looking for a home with room to run and a job to do (perhaps an agility course?). Mostly she would love to convince her humans that she really is a lap dog. Please contact me today at [email protected] for more info about Molly!
