Pit Bull Terrier / Mixed (short coat) Dog

Greta the Dog needs a home

Greta came to us from Clayton County Animal control a while back and had 1 little pup. Her pup has long been adopted, and sweet Greta is still waiting for her time to shine! Greta is a BLAST! She would make an excellent running partner, frisbee dog, agility course champ, tennis ball fetcher extraordinaire. You get the idea, she is an energetic and fun kid. At 2 y.o. and 48 lbs, she will make a great family member for a family with older kids. Her enthusiasm might be a little overwhelming for little kids. House-trained, crate-trained, decent on a leash, and dog friendly with slow intros. Greta needs reminders that others are not always so bouncy and kissy upon introduction so needs reminders to not overwhelm other dogs with love. She just made the trip up north to PA last week to try to find a home up here - and she needs a FOSTER home to hang out in until her time comes - please step up and foster or adopt this unique girl! www.pmarinc.org

All of our animals are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, microchipped, spayed or neutered, heartworm tested and treated if necessary. Vet references are required and prior to adoption a home inspection will be conducted. Transport options available. Adoption fee applies.

If interested go to www.pmarinc.org for an application.
