Adopt a Terrier / Mixed (short coat)

Would it be wrong to give you a 30 minute lecture on why spaying you dog is impawtant? I really don’t want to get on any soap box, because then…. well that could lead to a bath and really put a damper on my otherwise fun day.  But I do want to say, I was a street doggie and I wasn’t spayed so that led to yada yada and then I had some puppies.  My puppies are chunky and in a foster home and now it is my big break to try and find a home of my own. They named me after Dora the Explora because I was on a quest to find food and most impawtantly a home. Being on my own for a while has made me a bit slow on the warm up with new people, but there is a fairly easy key to my heart.  Should I tell you? Okay, I am going spill the beans…….it is hotdog peaces.  Yep, if you say I come in peace and have peaces of hotdoggies in your hand, I will gently take them, gulp them and then wait for more.  I am about 3 years old, legal drinking age if you convert that to dog’s years, but please note, it is illegal for dogs to drink adult beverages.  I only weigh 40 pounds and have the BEST perkster ears.  Look at them, I could tune in any radio station. With my shiney black coat and white streak, I am certainly a stunner, but my mix is a riddle that even Dora couldn’t solve, so they listed me as “Terrier” mix. I most resemble a black Pharoah Hound if that was even a thing. I am gonna make it thing. I am GREAT with other dogs and haven’t met any kitties yet. GOD'S DOGS Rescue, in San Antonio TX, does not have a shelter - ALL of our dogs are raised in foster homes in the San Antonio area. UPON adoption this dog/pup will be transported to you in YOUR area!!

Each dog comes spayed or neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations that are appropriate for their age, micro-chipped, heart worm tested and on current on monthly flea/tick and heart worm preventative. Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption.

****Please realize that breed mix and size when grown are guesstimates based on the dog/pup's characteristics and coloring, unless we have mother/father in our rescue...*****

ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE OF $300.00 FOR LOCAL ( Local is in the state of Texas)! Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption.  IF THIS IS AN OUT OF STATE ADOPTION, TRANSPORT TO YOU is included in the adoption fee of $500.00 We transport all over the country!!
