Adopt a Domestic Short Hair (short coat)

Domestic Short Hair (short coat) Cat

Kris the Cat needs a home

Kris was found at a nature preserve called Christmas Rocks in late October by his foster family. It was turning cold that night and we were not leaving him there! Nobody answered their doors when we knocked on them; we wanted to see if he was owned by someone. He came home with us! At his vet visit two days later, it was discovered that Kris (Kris Kringle) was only 5 weeks old- just a baby!!! He became a foster and has been with us ever since.

Kris is extremely affectionate with us. He loves to play and chase things all over the house and when he does, he makes squeaking noises; sometimes it sounds like he's barking! Kris is a total cuddle bug; he will curl up on your chest, put his head on your shoulder and go to sleep. Kris is good with children, adults and other cats. He was exposed to dogs once and it didn't go too well :) Kris didn't like them! He is a good alarm clock.....Kris will wake me up very early in the morning for food :) :)

Kris is neutered, vaccinated and has his rabies shots; everything is up to date. Since he has been with his foster family his whole life, he may take some time to adjust to a new home, so please be patient with him. Kris is so definitely worth it!! He is a total joy to have in your home and will make a wonderful addition to any family!
