Jasper the Dog needs a home
5 year old Great Pyr / Border Collie mix, Jasper, is seeking a new home!
His current owners rescued him from a life spent on a runner, tied to his clothesline. He had zero human interaction and was very fearful. Since his rescue in October, he has spent time with a trainer, trying to rehabilitate and become used to people. He has very few social skills due to limited amount of interaction with people or other animals. His trainer has worked with Jasper since end of October and he has come a long way!
He will need a strong owner/handler. He should be an only pet and live with adults only. Jasper is protective of his owner and property. He does have aggression issues so would need the perfect match. Jasper will make an excellent protector.
He is living with and under 24 hour care of his trainer and will remain there until we can find him a new place to live. Please help us spread the word about Jasper and find him a happy forever home that will appreciate him and continue to help him grow!
