Archer the Dog needs a home

Hi there! I’m Archer, an approx 4-5 year old Lab mix. I was previously adopted out to a home in Connecticut in 2012, but was recently relinquished back to the rescue, due to changes in my adopters home life. Sadly for me, I had to find a new home to stay in because he couldn't keep me anymore. You'll see a few recent photos of me (I'm a little heavier than I used to be) and a few older photos of me in my more slender days. I’m a smart and sweet guy that loves squeaky toys, walks, car rides, lots of treats (!!!), hanging out with other active dogs, and cuddling! I'm great with kids (but probably would be better without little ones in the house, since I'm kind of heavy and sometimes I am not super gentle when taking treats and toys) and was fostered with a kitty back in 2012, so I might still be okay with those too...but it might be easier if I found a home without one. I currently live with an older child in the home and one dog and am having the time of my life! By the way, I'm housetrained, crate trained, and know basic commands (sit, stay, shake, go to bed, come here).
