Adopt a Border Collie / Terrier / Mixed (short coat)

What is black and white and positively adorable?  We would say without hesitation the answer is Dover and he comes with one pretty sweet personality.  Just look at that face.  Who could resist? Once you meet Dover, you will fall in love.  Dover is a two year old Border Collie/Terrier mix and he weighs around 30 pounds.  

This boy is eager to please and he is a quick learner.  He already knows the sit command and will gladly show it off with pride.  He is a quick learner and ready to add more tricks to his portfolio. All he needs is his forever family to take the time to teach him and then the sky is the limit.

Dover has a medium energy level so he is just right for an average family lifestyle.  Leash walking is a dream with this darling of a gentleman and it's also a great way to work off some energy as well as exploring new destinations.  Dover knows that every journey starts with a few steps and in the process he can have freedom to explore and enjoy the experience each and every time.  

Dover has great potential at being a great companion dog.  He is willing to make the effort to be an over achiever based on his eagerness to learn.  He can list on his resume that he is accomplished in house and crate training.  Although it is important to remember that there can be an accident or two while adjusting to a new home environment. 

Dover thinks that people are great but he doesn't have the same fondness for cats so he would need to be on a home without the feline persuasion.  

Word out on the street is that Dover is a sweet cuddly companion.  It doesn't get better than that.  He has the ability to warm one's heart and soul. Welcome him into you home and you won't regret it.
