SANGAK the Dog needs a home

Hello! I’m Sangak.  I was found on the side of the road in Kabul City by the folks at Nowzad.  I had a string attached to my neck when I was a puppy and it had embedded itself deep into my skin as I got bigger.  The vets at Nowzad removed the string and discovered a whole in my trachea.  I live a normal life now and don’t require any medication.  All I need is for my neck to be kept clean.  I am playful and friendly.  I get on well with other dogs and cats.  Please adopt me.



‘This companion animal is currently in the Nowzad shelter in Kabul, Afghanistan. If you are interested in adopting, then the Nowzad charity will supply you with video and photographs and should the adoption go ahead will fundraise and arrange the transport for this companion animal to come to your home’.
