Twyla the Dog needs a home
MEET SWEET TWYLA! She’s a shy gal who likes a little warmup and direction, but it doesn’t take long for her to give kisses and accept kids, dogs and cats into her world. She’s a creature of habit and will thrive in a home built on routine.
Twyla enjoys walks and is polite to other dogs, as long as they respect her wish for a slow, one-in-one introduction. She goes to dog parks, but crowds aren’t really her scene.
Twyla is a demure, well mannered lady who will sit and wait for her food or treats. Treats are the fastest way to her heart, especially when she’s placed in a new environment that makes her a wee bit insecure.
Twyla came to us during Hurricane Irma. She had been evacuated from a rural rescue in south GA who had over 100 dogs kenneled outdoors. Unfortunately, this setup provided limited socialization but Twyla is a faster learner who’s eager to please. She simply awaits a patient dog lover to offer her a happily ever after!

Doggie Harmony's adoption fee is $200. To ensure we're meeting both pet and adopters' needs, we ask potential adopters to complete an Adoption Application (www.bit.ly/dh-adoption) for caretakers to review. Once approved, we will bring the adoptable to their home for a preliminary visit.
