Roscoe the Dog needs a home

Meet ROSCOE...this sweet boy is looking to be the only pet in a home and needs a home now.  Roscoe is approx. 2-3 years old and 50lbs.  He has a sweet loving personality and does know some basic commands like sit, stay, wait.  Roscoe has always been an indoor pet and part of a family.  Sadly he just got so jealous of the other dog in the home that its just not working out anymore.  The other dog is larger and has been in the home longer then Roscoe.  He is very smart, eager to please you and very loyal.  A secure fenced yard is preferred.  Roscoe is neutered, up to date on shots, heartworm negative and on preventive.
