Onyx the Dog needs a home
Did you know black dogs are the least adopted? Onyx is a 55 pound 10 month old American Staffordshire mix. He was found with his brother. They were microchipped but the owners left them in the shelter and never came. Onyx was forced to say goodbye to his brother as he was adopted and Onyx was left behind waiting on death row. He was the volunteers favorite dog and they made sure he was rescued. His foster named him after the black Onyx stone as it is thought to take away negative energy . His energy will bring a smile to your face. He is young and goofy but not too puppy-ish. He has a few patches of fur missing from a non contagious mange that is being treated. Consider adding this cuddlebug to your family.
