Barbie the Dog needs a home
Hi my name is Barbie!
I am a mom of four beautiful girls! They have all grown up and have been adopted by great families, so now I would like the same for me!
I enjoy being around my foster mom. I love to snuggle up next to her on the couch but would be happy on a bed on the floor, too. I like to go for walks sometimes but am also happy just go outside to go potty and come back in.
I have been introduced to cats, but I didn’t think much of it. I know it wanted me to chase it but I didn't want to. I would rather chase squirrels!
I also like my foster mom’s great niece who is four years old. She has a lot of energy, so I just follow her around and try to clean her face!
Some of the things I don't care for is getting my nails cut. My foster mom has been working with me, but I still don’t like it. I don't care for other dogs inside my house. Outside is a much better place to play. I don’t really like to share my toys with other dogs, but I am working on that. I don’t mind if my humans take them. I also do not like chickens! My foster mom has some and when she was cleaning I tried to help by chasing them away from the coop, and then I tried to catch them.
I am a quiet girl unless someone is knocking at the door or if I hear a sound outside that is new.
My life has not been easy, so I am just looking for a nice person or family to take me in and spoil me a little! I really am a good lady - just ask my foster mom. She will tell you all about me, and also give me a ride to come meet you!
